Evie Boss will be Endnote speaker at the 8th annual Northwest Michigan Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, April 21, 2007. A $20 registration fee (non-refundable) includes lunch, educational materials and a tote bag. There will also be a Scholastic Book Fair with pre-school books at 50% savings, plus vendors, door prizes and fun!

Sing-A-Song of Nature! - Public Concert on May 3, 2007 starting at 10:30 AM. Conducted by Evie Boss, these concerts will be interactive experiences featuring songs of nature. Children will learn the importance of nature and the environment while having lots of fun!

This session will provide early childhood professionals with many ways to expand and enrich the approach to science by understanding and incorporating the concepts of multiple intelligences into everyday practice, learn how to build a foundation from science inquiry and explore strategies for engaging children in hands-on investigations and inexpensive experiences.
